A general comment here. I dont know for hte life of me why Ken would pay ANY moderator. It appears that everyone on this site is willing to do it for free anyway! Why pay someone???

I personally dont think that you even need another moderator Ken. NOW I KNOW that I will be the only one to say this, but you have no need to pay anyone to moderate when you already have enough of them anyway.

I still cant believe that you pay these guys when everyone would do it for free for you!
